My Ten Commandments of Style

¡Apréndetelos de memoria!

1.  El estilo se puede aprender. Educa tu gusto leyendo revistas de moda, viendo películas, paseando por la calle, viajando, visitando blogs de moda…

2.  Conoce tu cuerpo para vestirte en consecuencia.

3.  No sigas las tendencias al pie de la letra. Adáptalas para que te favorezcan

4.  Escoge un icono de estilo que represente el  ideal para ti de forma que te puedas inspirar. ¡Pero no la copies a rajatabla!

5.  Invierte en accesorios de calidad: bolsos, zapatos y abrigos. ¡Escoge siempre la máxima calidad que te puedas permitir!

6.  El dinero no hace el estilo: podemos estar divinas vestidas de Zara o Mango.

7.  ¡Plancha tu ropa!

8.  La uñas o los labios rojos aportan glamour y clase a cualquier conjunto (¡fíjate en Olivia Palermo!)

9.  Ante la duda recuerda que MENOS ES MÁS

10. Y por encima de todo ¡sé siempre tú misma aportando tu toque personal!

Learn them by heart!

1.  Style can be learned. Educate your taste reading fashion magazines, watching films, walking on the street, travelling, visiting fashion blogs…

2.  Know your body to dress yourself consequently

3.  Don’t follow trends to the letter. Adapt them in order to flatter and fit you

4.  Choose the person that represents your ideal style icon to inspire you. But don’t copy her/him strictly!!   

5.  Invest in high quality accessories: bags, shoes and coats. Always choose the best quality you can afford!

6.  Style is not about money: we can look divine dressed in Zara or Mango

7.  Iron your clothes!!

8.  Red mails or lips add glamour and class to any outfit (take a look to Olivia Palermo!)

9.  If in doubt remember that LESS IS MORE

10. And above all, be always yourself adding your personal touch!!
