New fashion crush: Bohemique S/S 13

I usually tend to talk/like/wear the most known brands, but there are SOOOO many others worth to discover, like the one I'm introducing you today.

I discovered this fashion label thanks to Kizzy from the beautiful blog The Dainty Dolls House (thank you darling!) and I admit that I instantly fell head over heels with it.

Bohemique is a russian label praised by what I like to call the "Russian army" (with Elena Perminova, Ulyana Sergeenko, Miroslava Duma and Natalia Vodianova at the helm). The designs of this mysterious duo (I haven’t been able to find more information about them on the net) present a clear inspiration in the old Hollywood glamour era and exude a certain “fetish” style with its cinched waists, lace, enhanced hips and lots of black.

I LOVE the perfect shapes of the dresses and the sophisticated details such as the crystal embroideries, the transparent veils and tall hats with wide brim. Feminine and extremely classy Bohemique creations make many women dream about wearing their designs (and so do I from now!!)

Which one is your favourite design, ladies?

Liu Jo cocktail

******

Last Friday I had the chance to attend the cocktail organised by Liu Jo in order to present the S/S 2013 collection. Pastel colours and intense tones (royal blue, emerald green, intense yellow) are the colours present in a very feminine, romantic and high quality collection ideal for women who really appreciate good quality and design.

During the event I had the pleasure to met the “Elis” (Elis S. and Eli G.) from the exquisite blog Lost in Vogue. I love their work and started to follow it long ago. If you like the quality and the good work you can't miss it!!

For the occasion I chose a colour block look with a royal blue base and white accessories.

What do you think?

Happy Tuesday ladies!

Fashion tip: Dressing in one colour makes our figure look longer and thinner… And it not only happens with black!!

My summer buys

I only paid 3 € for each t-shirt!!

One of the things that I love most during my holidays is to visit the local markets. I’m sure most of you are now thinking. “Local markets?? But there you can only find rags!!” Well… it depends on the local market ladies..!! ;-)

For my non-Spanish readers, let me tell you that the South of Spain (specially Alicante and Murcia) is where one can find the biggest (and best) leather shoes factories of Spain. (As an example I’ll tell you that Cuple or Stuart Weiztman have their factories there!). And what happens with all the surplus of shoes and old collections?? Well they obviosuly end up in the local markets. And usually at giveaway prices!!

It's there where our “eye for fashion and treasure hunt spirit" comes into play.  LOL… Every year I find a treasure and I don’t’ mind admitting that I like to buy in local markets… Usually I ended up with two or three pairs of shoes for the price that one pair would cost me in Barcelona!! And 100% leather!!

Do you also like to buy in local markets or do you prefer shops??
Happy beginning of the week ladies!!

100% nude suede and leather shoes... 40€!!

100% red suede and leather shoes... 10€!! (Crazy, right??)

100% electric blue leather shoes... 30€!!

Metallic clutch... 9€!!
PD: Recordarlo siempre chicas... ¡¡el estilo no es cuestión de dinero!!

PS: Always remember that ladies... style is not a question of money!!
