Burgundy and cream

El granate (o burdeos, o color vino, o rojo sangre) es sin duda uno de los colores de la temporada. Si a eso añadimos que siempre ha sido un color que me ha gustado mucho (estuviera de moda o no) seguro que entendéis que “abuse” últimamente de él en el blog (aquí, aquí, aquí...).

Esta vez he decidido combinarlo con tonos neutros para darle un poco de luz y que no quede tan oscuro. ¡Lo cierto es que me gusta mucho el resultado!

Burgundy (AKA as oxblood, wine or dark-red) is without any doubt one of the colors of the new season. If we add the fact that that I’ve always loved it I’m sure you understand my lately “addiction” to that tone (here, here, here...)

This time I’ve decided to wear it with neutral tones to add a bit of light. I really like the result!

The trench

La gabardina: uno de esos clásicos eternos que toda "fashionista" que se precie debe tener. Esta la tengo desde hace más de 10 años (¡una auténtica pieza vintage!) y la vais a ver mucho por aquí... ¡así que espero no cansaros! Jajajaja...

The trench: one of those eternal classics that every self-called "fashionista" must have in their closet. The one I'm showing you today has more than 10 years (a real vintage piece!) and I'll show it a lot on the blog so... I hope not to bore you!! Hahahahaha...

Pale blue with a splash of neon

Aunque en la tiendas y las revistas de moda nos bombardeen con las colecciones de O/I de la nueva temporada, yo me resisto a dejar atrás las tendencias de este verano, entre otras cosas, porque el tiempo aún permite lucirlas.

Los pantalones que os enseño hoy los tengo en el armario desde hace SIGLOS y no me los había puesto hasta ayer. (¡No me preguntéis porque es un expediente X!). Decidí combinarlos con una camiseta en tono neón y sandalias a juego para darle vida al look.

Even though the new A/W collections have literally invaded the shops and the fashion magazines I’m reluctant in leaving away summer trends… Not only ‘cause I love them but also ‘cause the weather is still so nice in Barcelona.

The pants I’m showing you today have been in my closet for CENTURIES and I wore them, for the first time yesterday. (Don’t ask me why, this is and X file!!). I decided to combine them with a neon t-shirt and matching sandals so as to jazz up the total look.

No es la primera vez (¡ni creo que sea la última!) que os muestro una combinación con estos tonos en el blog. No puedo evitarlo ¡me encanta! La encuentro tan chic y elegante… Por cierto, estreno la torera tejana de Jane Norman que me compré en Londres (y que os enseñé aquí)

It’s not the first time (and I’m sure it won’t be the last!) that I show you this color combination in the blog. I can’t help it I love it!! I find it so chic and elegant… BTW I’m wearing for the first time the Jane Norman cropped denim jacket I bought in London (and that I showed you here)

Look of the day: My new wedges

“Veni, vidi, vinci”. ¡Tal cual! Las vi, me las probé y aluciné por lo cómodas que son. Así que me las llevé en crudo y en negro. Total por 19,50 cada par…¿acaso no es una excelente compra? ¡¡Y por supuesto no he podido esperar más a estrenarlas!! ;-)

“Veni, vidi, vinci”. So simple! I saw them , tried them on and was in shock ‘cause they’re SO comfy. So yes, I took them in nude and black. They only cost 19,50 € each pair… Isn’t that a super great buy? And obviously Icouldn’t wait to wear them for the first time!!
