Como ya sabéis el pasado domingo tuvo lugar la 84 ceremonia de entrega de los Oscar de Hollywood. Dejando de lado el debate sobre si los premios fueron acertados o no (aunque personalmente opino que este año con The Artist han dado en el pleno) lo que a nosotras nos gusta es el desfile por la alfombra roja…¿A qué si? Aaaaaah cómo disfrutamos viéndolo, criticando, sintiendo envidia y sobre todo soñando…
Lo cierto es que este año lo he tenido muy claro a la hora de escoger quién es la mejor vestida de la noche (¡aunque seguro que muchas de vosotras discrepáis!). Desde mi punto de vista por su elegancia sin estridencias, el corte del diseño de Tom Ford y su porte a la hora de llevarlo Gwyneth Paltrow se merece este año el Oscar a la mejor vestida. ¡Estaba sencillamente divina!
Muy de cerca le siguieron Emma Stone con un espectacular modelo de Giambattista Valli en rojo intenso. Y en tercer¡ lugar,este año sí, Penélope Cruz que lucía un diseño clásico de Armani Privé en gris perla con un recogido años 50 con el que estaba realmente favorecida (¡al contrario que el año pasado!).
Mención especial merecen Jennifer López (mega sexy con un Zuhair Murad que poco dejaba a la imaginación), Mila Jovovich (de Elie Saab), Jessica Chastain (con un Alexander McQueen divino) o Viola Davies (fiel reflejo de que una figura rellena no es sinónimo de poco glamour).

As you may know last Sunday took place the 84th Oscar Awards Ceremony. Leaving aside the debate about if the awards were right or not (though I believe that they did it right with The Artist) what we really like is the red carpet catwalk… right? Aaaah how we enjoy it!
To be honest this year I haven't had any doubt about who has been the best dressed (however I’m sure some of you will disagree with me!!). From my point of view Gwyneth Paltrow deserves the honour this year because of its polished elegance, the cut of her Tom Ford design and her distinguished look when wearing it. She looked simply divine!!
Very close were Emma Stone with an spectacular Giambattista Valli design in intense red. In the third position (this year she deserves it) Penélope Cruz with a classic Armani Privée design in pearl gray and a 50’s style updo that really flattered her (the opposite of last year!)
Special mention deserves Jennifer Lopez (who adopted a ba-ba-boom look thanks to a Zuhair Murad design that left a little to the imagination), Mila Jovovich (in Elie Saab), Jessica Chastain (in a divine Alexander McQueen) and Viola Davies (who is the living proof that a full figure is not a synonym of “unglamorous person”)
